Our brief

Unicorn had an ambition to scale the business, working to create a sharper market offering to meet client’s needs. With a consistent level of revenue, they wanted to start moving it forward with increased revenue and profit levels and transform the business for the better.

What we did

In order to help transform the business, we went through the Value Proposition Framework. This process included identifying the core business values and understanding the challenges that their target clients had. This started with taking them through our go-to-market strategy framework to start getting the sales engine turning and to create a new and fresh way to generate deals. This then led onto the start of monthly coaching sessions, which have been continued for over a year so far, working in an in-demand format. This coaching took form of working closely with Unicorn’s two founders, focusing on improving the operational side of the business, mostly the sales and marketing. It also included coaching the business on how to drive their business forward through using the findings from the Value Proposition process.
